The City of Loveland (“City”) invites interested parties to submit sealed statements of qualifications for design services related to its City of Loveland Fire Station 63 Project (the "Project"). Copies of the complete Request for Qualifications (RFQ) may be obtained from https://www.lovelandoh.gov/bids.aspx. Statements of qualifications must be delivered to the City no later than Friday, June 24, 2022, at 4:00 P.M. Sealed statements of qualifications should be addressed to:

c/o David Kennedy

City Manager

120 W. Loveland Avenue

Loveland, Ohio 45140

The Project is anticipated to include a fire station building and ancillary parking, stormwater, and site improvements. The City will evaluate Statements of Qualifications received from interested design firms and then issue a Request for Proposals to those firms determined to be qualified.

The City, at its discretion, may hold discussions with one or more individual or associated candidate firms to explore a firm’s statement of qualifications, the scope and nature of the design services that the firm(s) would provide, and the various technical approaches or design elements that the firm(s) would undertake in furtherance of completing design services related to the project.  The total project cost is estimated at $3,225,000; state prevailing wages shall apply. The City reserves the right to reject any, part of any, or all statements of qualifications and to waive any informality, irregularity, or failure to conform to the instructions contained in this Public Announcement or in the Statement of Qualifications.
