NEW ROUND OF HOME IMPROVEMENT/REPAIR GRANTS ABOUT TO BEGIN
Greenhills is pleased to announce that another round of grant funding for exterior home improvements will begin soon. You must own your home. Eligibility is based on your household income and family size. The grant can be used for exterior improvements such as painting, siding, gutters, roofs, doors, windows, steps, railings, sidewalks and driveways. If you have previously received a grant from this program you are not eligible.
If you qualify, this program can provide up to $3,000 for your project. The exception is sidewalk replacement that is limited to a $1,000 grant.
Be thinking about a home improvement project that may qualify. Program guidelines and the application are anticipated to be available next week on the Village website: www.greenhillsohio.us or at the Greenhills Municipal Building. The Village will start accepting applications on May 1, 2023. Grant funds will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
