In light of the recent train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, which resulted in the release of toxic chemicals into the environment, Indian Hill Water Works would like to address concerns that have been brought up by numerous Indian Hill water customers. Indian Hill Water Works uses wells located within the Little Miami buried aquifer. This aquifer is located several miles north of the Ohio River and is not impacted by the chemicals released from the train derailment.

Indian Hill Water Works meets all Ohio EPA water quality standards in our operating permit issued by the Ohio EPA.

Any further questions or concerns can be directed to Ron Freson, Chief Plant Operator, by phone at (513) 831-3885 ext. 4466 or by email at afreson@indianhill.gov.
