On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Mount Notre Dame High School standout Kayden Krug’s current college team, the Valparaiso Beacons, lost 8-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Butler Bulldogs.

The game took place at The Dome at Parkway Bank Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Beacons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 6:15 p.m. at The Dome at Parkway Bank Sports Complex against DePaul Blue Demons.
