On Friday, May 2, former Mount Notre Dame High School standout Kayden Krug’s current college team, the Valparaiso Beacons, lost 4-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Northern Iowa Panthers.

The game took place at UNI-Dome. This was their first matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Beacons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 at 2 p.m. at UNI-Dome against Northern Iowa Panthers.
