On Wednesday, April 9, former Archbishop Moeller High School standout Alec Bashardoust’s current college team, the Winthrop Eagles, lost 12-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Wofford Terriers.
The game took place at Russell C. King Field. This was their first matchup against the Terriers this season.
The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 6 p.m. at Cleveland S. Harley Baseball Park against USC Upstate Spartans.
