Cincinnati home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Cincinnati rose by $1,010 while total sales decreased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 2,062 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,010 - a 0.8% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 2,148 homes sold in Cincinnati in the second half of 2018.
