Reading home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Reading fell by $4,000 while total sales increased by 12.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,000 - a 2.9% decrease over the $138,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Reading in the second half of 2018.
