Blue Ash home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Blue Ash rose by $17,744 while total sales decreased by 4.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 103 homes sold, with a median sale price of $231,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $213,256 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 108 homes sold in Blue Ash in the second half of 2018.
