Springfield Township home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Springfield Township rose by $7,733 while total sales decreased by 1.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 107 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,900 - a 6.6% increase over the $117,167 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 109 homes sold in Springfield Township in the fourth quarter of 2018.
