Symmes Township home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Symmes Township fell by $18,250 while total sales decreased by 13.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,750 - a 5.8% decrease over the $317,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Symmes Township in the fourth quarter of 2018.
