Montgomery home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Montgomery fell by $42,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 34 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $353,500 - a 10.7% decrease over the $396,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Montgomery in the fourth quarter of 2018, as well.
