Lincoln Heights home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Lincoln Heights rose by $16,700 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $33,500 - a 99.4% increase over the $16,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the third quarter of 2018.
