Lockland home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Lockland rose by $33,500 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $69,000 - a 94.4% increase over the $35,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Lockland in the third quarter of 2018.
