Golf Manor home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Golf Manor fell by $1,750 while total sales decreased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $91,000 - a 1.9% decrease over the $92,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Golf Manor in the third quarter of 2018.
