Springfield Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Springfield Township rose by $12,250 while total sales increased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 152 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,500 - a 10.8% increase over the $113,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 148 homes sold in Springfield Township in the third quarter of 2018.
