Newtown home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Newtown rose by $60,950 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,200 - a 63.3% increase over the $96,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Newtown in the third quarter of 2018.
