Kenwood home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Kenwood fell by $24,000 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,500 - a 8.7% decrease over the $276,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Kenwood in the third quarter of 2018.
