Madeira home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Madeira rose by $39,000 while total sales decreased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,500 - a 12.9% increase over the $303,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Madeira in the third quarter of 2018.
