Terrace Park home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Terrace Park fell by $37,850 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $394,150 - a 8.8% decrease over the $432,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Terrace Park in the third quarter of 2018.
