Symmes Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Symmes Township rose by $26,450 while total sales increased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $356,450 - a 8% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Symmes Township in the third quarter of 2018.
