Northbrook home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Northbrook fell by $2,225 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,400 - a 2.5% decrease over the $87,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Northbrook in November 2018.
