Springdale home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Springdale rose by $10,075 while total sales decreased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,575 - a 7.5% increase over the $133,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Springdale in November 2018.
