St. Bernard home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in St. Bernard rose by $36,275 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,000 - a 33.7% increase over the $107,725 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in St. Bernard in November 2018.
