Sharonville home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Sharonville fell by $15,750 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,750 - a 9.4% decrease over the $167,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Sharonville in November 2018.
