Indian Hill home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Indian Hill rose by $461,000 while total sales increased by 175%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,343,500 - a 52.2% increase over the $882,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Indian Hill in November 2018.
