Golf Manor home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Golf Manor rose by $55,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 73.3% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Golf Manor in October 2018.
