Reading home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Reading fell by $19,600 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,000 - a 12.8% decrease over the $153,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Reading in October 2018.
