Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $50 while total sales increased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,500 - a 0% increase over the $148,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Loveland in October 2018.
