Anderson Township home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Anderson Township fell by $23,600 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,900 - a 10.6% decrease over the $222,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Anderson Township in October 2018.
