Montgomery home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Montgomery fell by $92,500 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 20.2% decrease over the $457,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Montgomery in October 2018.
