Kenwood home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Kenwood fell by $50,550 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,450 - a 18.5% decrease over the $273,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Kenwood in October 2018.
