Mount Healthy Heights home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Mount Healthy Heights fell by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,500 - a 25% decrease over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in September 2018.
