Springfield Township home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Springfield Township fell by $19,000 while total sales increased by 51.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 19.2% decrease over the $99,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Springfield Township in September 2018.
