Reading home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Reading fell by $61,400 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $88,500 - a 41% decrease over the $149,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Reading in September 2018.
