St. Bernard home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in St. Bernard rose by $4,700 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 4.1% increase over the $115,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in St. Bernard in September 2018, as well.
