Cincinnati home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Cincinnati fell by $8,750 while total sales decreased by 4.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 364 homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,250 - a 6.9% decrease over the $126,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 382 homes sold in Cincinnati in September 2018.
