Mount Healthy Heights home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Mount Healthy Heights fell by $284,300 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,000 - a 75.6% decrease over the $376,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in August 2018.
