Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Loveland in Hamilton County fell by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 35.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 15.6% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Loveland in August 2018.
