Springfield Township home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Springfield Township rose by $50 while total sales increased by 5.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 0% increase over the $134,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Springfield Township in August 2018.
