Terrace Park home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Terrace Park fell by $219,950 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 40.4% decrease over the $544,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Terrace Park in August 2018.
