Wyoming home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Wyoming rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $334,000 - a 13.6% increase over the $294,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Wyoming in August 2018.
