Woodlawn home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Woodlawn rose by $10,620 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $64,000 - a 19.9% increase over the $53,380 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Woodlawn in July 2018.
