Springfield Township home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Springfield Township rose by $50,350 while total sales decreased by 39.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,350 - a 62.9% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Springfield Township in July 2018.
