Cincinnati home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Cincinnati rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 18.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 361 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,500 - a 13.5% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 443 homes sold in Cincinnati in July 2018.
