Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $25,500 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 17.6% increase over the $144,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Loveland in July 2018.
