Indian Hill home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Indian Hill fell by $365,000 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $935,000 - a 28.1% decrease over the $1,300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Indian Hill in July 2018.
