Lincoln Heights home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Lincoln Heights rose by $15,825 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $26,500 - a 148.2% increase over the $10,675 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lincoln Heights in October 2019.
