Mount Healthy Heights home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $11,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,000 - a 11.8% increase over the $93,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in October 2019, as well.
