Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $13,500 while total sales increased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $148,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Loveland in October 2019.
